In the heart of the Costa Blanca called the 'Vega Baja del Segura' we have our multi purpose Hotel, Restaurant & Event Complex for sale. The hotel with 34 rooms in currently classified as an 'ApartHotel' and is situated opposite the La Finca Golf Course & direct accessible via the CV-935 (Carretera d'Almoradi) from Algorfa to coastal city of Torrevieja. Within the complex you can find an Indonesian Restaurant & covered terrace with dance and entertainment area, and some office units like a Physiotherapist practice and traditional massage.

The hotel complex exists of three levels.

Basement:

Car Park & there is a big storage room with access from the kitchen.

Ground floor:

Front part: The ground floor offers in the middle the reception with a stairway to the second floor.

On the right side of the reception area we find a multipurpose room which can be used for meetings, games or as an office. On the left side of the reception is a large restaurant with bar area, and a glazed terrace overlooking the La Finca residential area. On the far left, behind the restaurant the large kitchen is situated.

Middle part: This is very unique area and the centre of the hotel. It exists of a very large tropical garden with terrace. Most rooms have their entrances focused towards this point. The terrace / entertainment area can be covered by a sliding panels. Below the dance floor we still have the swimming pool, but due to circumstances we not use it currently.

Right wing: On this side we have 8 spacious doubles bedrooms with bathroom & balcony.

Left wing: On the left size on the ground floor we have furthermore 2 apartments with Kitchen of 10m2. One of those apartments has 1 bedroom and the other has 2 bedrooms.

Second Floor:

Front part: On the front side of the building we have 6 apartments, with 1 & 2 bedrooms. They all differ in size, and some have the bedroom converted to a living room.

Right wing: there are 8 double bedrooms with bathroom and balcony on the right side of the building, combined by a walking gallery of 24 meters.

Left wing: On the left side we have furthermore 4 rooms currently not occupied.

Roof Top: On the roof the hotel has an active solar hot water system..

Multi Purpose Entertainment Complex!

For a 'Banquet Hall' type of business the complex suits very well.

In total, the restaurant & terrace can serve over 200 guests & has 2 congress/office/banquet rooms. The terrace already has a stage for bands and a dance floor. The complex is well equipped with parking and location is directly on the main road.

In addition to hosting weddings, retirement parties, luncheons, anniversary parties, holiday parties, & fashion shows, people can use the Hotel facilities for relaxation.
